You have 15 days, once you received your order, to decide to return it.

For a return:

The first thing to do is to inform me about your decision, by Clicking on this Link.

For metropolitan France, I will pay back the cost of returning the order at the level of what was originally paid to ship it to the buyer. For abroad, I can’t offer free return, but please, if you are not satisfied, please, contact me.

Any item that is sent back to me must not have been worn, be in perfect condition, well wrapped and folded in its original packaging, wihtout any smell (tobacco, perfume, …) and with all needed information to process it (the reference of the order; the name and address, +, if needed, the paypal account or full details of the bank account )..

If the item is not received in perfect condition, whatever the reason, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Once your shipment has been received and checked, your purchase will be paid back within 2 days (possibly a bit more for bank transfer, depending on the contract with your bank).

For an exchange:

The first thing to do is to inform me about your decision, by Clicking on this Link. This will enable us to discuss and agree about the feasibility, timings, and cost impacts.

Once your shipment has been received and checked, I will send the replacing item(s) within 3 days – provided that additional costs were paid, if any.

In metropolitan France, in the case of a return, I will pay back the cost of returning the order at the level of what was originally paid to ship it to the buyer. The cost of shipping the replacing item is to be paid by the buyer.

Only one return is accepted per transaction.
